Chapter 6 "Beast from air"

I hear little Percival shriek. I and Ralph tend to carry Percival back to the shelters, but as we carry him back there are fighter jets from World War 2 flailing around the sky. The noise they made sounded like a big leviathan in the sky. One of the fighter jets attacked diffidently. The explosion of the fighter jets sounded very blatant. The part flew around like a couple of guano. I finally go into the shelter and sleep, but I hear a sudden waxy noise coming from Sam and Eric. They were screaming and yelling to Ralph saying we saw the beastie. They told Ralph that as they were lighting the fire they saw the beastie on a tree by the signal fire. They said that it has sharp claws, and unbearable teeth, and wings, but the next morning Ralph called a meeting with the shell, but I think the shell is turning into not a very good tool. Nobody is following it anymore. Ralph says that we should split up into groups to go search for the beastie. He said that piggy should stay there with the littluns, but piggy screamed with mutinously. We split up the older kids went to a part of the island where jack and the hunters have never been to. We went to a spot where there was a small ledge that led to a bunch of small caves. Jack and Ralph left me and the other hunters down while they went up, but Ralph specifically said Simon go stay with the other hunters. I could see in Ralph’s eyes that he was angry at the hunters, because they were throwing rocks into the ocean, but the only thing I was thinking what if the beastie is a human that is once heroic, but now sick and twisted.
